PENNO, Hilda Pauline
On April 10th, 2017 Hilda Pauline Penno (Stephan) of Westlock, AB formerly of Jarvie, AB passed away peacefully at the age of 98 years. Survived by her two sons, Gordon (Lesia) Penno of Edmonton, AB, and Marvin (Tina) Penno of Jarvie, AB; special nieces Ellen (Boom) Hermanutz of Dapp, AB and Shirley Waldner of Westlock, AB; grandchildren Pam (Gary) Thomas, Danielle (Blair) Hedges, Cory (Shantelle) Penno, Adam (Tina) Penno and 13 great grandchildren; one sister Winnie Rodowitz of Lethbridge, AB, one sister-in-law Elsie Stephan of Saskatoon, SK; one brother-in-law Joe Gaetz of Lethbridge, AB and numerous other nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. Hilda was predeceased by her husband Hubert in 1999 and daughter Phyllis in 1969, a brother and sister, Harold and Lydia, that died in infancy, as well as her sisters Flora, Lucy, Freida, Holdena, Edna & Helen and brothers Art and Jake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 13th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Westlock, AB with Rev. Rick Chappell officiating with interment in the Westlock Cemetery. In memory of Hilda, we ask that all the ladies wear their favorite broach to the service.
