It is with great sadness that the family of the late
HILDA JENKINS of Grand Le Pierre, announce her peaceful passing in her
81st year, at the Health Science
Centre in St John’s, NL on Friday, December 1, 2017.
Predeceased by father, Charles Fizzard, mother and step-father, Julia
and Jacob Barnes, and brother-in-law, Andrew Bolt. Leaving to mourn
partner, John Fizzard; brother, Roland Fizzard (Evelyn); sister,
Jessie Bolt; nieces, nephews and special friends and caregivers,
Marlene Fizzard and Marilyn Hynes, as well as a large circle of
relatives and friends.
The family would like to
thank Marlene Fizzard and Marilyn Hynes for their loving care and
kindness. We would also like to thank the Staff of 5 North A at the
Health Sciences Centre for their compassionate care during her
illness.
A private family visitation will be held on Sunday,
December 3rd, 2017, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.,
at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Marystown.
The
funeral service will take place at St. Thomas’ Anglican
Church in Grand Le Pierre, on Monday, December
4th, at 10:00
a.m. Interment will follow at the
Anglican Cemetery in Grand Le
Pierre.
In lieu of flowers the
family would ask that donations be made to the Kidney
Foundation.
