Obituary of Herman Leizert
Entered into rest suddenly on Friday November 3, 2017, Herman George Leizert of Brockville aged 85 years. Beloved husband of Kathleen Carol (Coulson) Leizert. Loving father of Karen Burwood (Walter), Kathleen Burwood (Spencer), Barbara Jackson (John Paul) and Terry Leizert (Rita).
Cherished grandfather of 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Dear brother of Charles, Wayne, Ida May, Rose and Mary, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Herman was predeceased by his parents Herman and Clara (Wood) Leizert, brothers Edward, Maurice, Cecil, David, and sister Margaret,
Family and friends are invited to share memories at a reception to be held at the family’s home, 217 Beley Street Brockville on Sunday November 12th from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date. In memory of Herman, donations to the Kidney Foundation, the Diabetes Association or the Brockville General Hospital Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. The family would like to thank the Brockville General Hospital especially Nicole Valade, Manager, Critical Care Services and nurse Shannon for the care and compassion they provided Herman’s family during their time of grief.
