1933-2017
Helen Louise Williams, 83, of Woodstock NB passed away on
Friday, January 20, 2017 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville
NB. Helen was born in Union Corner NB on March 4, 1933 daughter of the
late Heber and Ella (Atkinson) Grant.
Helen will be sadly missed by her children; Barbara Belyea,
Paul Williams (Arleen Soucey), Carl Williams (Nancy), Karen Bragdon
(Lloyd), Neil Williams (Wanda Wheeler), eleven grandchildren,
Jennifer, Jason, Krystal, Kristie, Mindy, Ben, Janet, Bryant, Thomas,
Adam, Erin, twelve great grandchildren, sisters, Gladys
Williams, Geraldine McHatten, brother, Cecil Grant (Marie), brother in
law, Ronald Dixon, sisters, in law, Edna Prossser, Marjorie Grant,
several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents, Helen was predeceased by her husband,
Leslie Williams, brothers, Eldon, Wilber, Robert, George, sisters,
Frances Farrell, Josephine Lutwick, Phyllis Dixon, Elva
Wellington, Villa White, Maxine Anderson and Edith
Doody.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral
Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road on
Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. Funeral
service for Helen will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 from St.
Luke’s Anglican Church at 11 AM. Interment will be in the
Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the St.
Luke’s Anglican Church or to a memorial of the
donor’s choice.
