Bruhn, Heinrich “Henry”
After a courageous battle with cancer, at 83 years of age Henry passed peacefully at home on Saturday, December 9, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Brigitte for 32 years. Loving father of the late Karin Heckbert (John), Michael (Victoria) Bruhn and stepdad of Curtis (Leslie) Waldt. Dear Opa of Karin Lynda (Michael) Krech, John Henry (Johanna) Heckbert, Mary Anne Heckbert (Chad Martin), Jakob Bruhn, Mathew Bruhn, Aaron Waldt, Jordan Waldt, Mitchell Waldt and great Opa of Duncan Krech, Jensen Krech, Johnny Heckbert and Lukas Heckbert. Dear brother of Brunhilde (the late Gerhard) Madauss, the late Gundella (Gerhard) Lewerenz. Will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Erika Bruhn. Henry retired from Corma Inc. after many years of dedicated service. He had been a member of Club Rheingold. Special thank you to Laurie and Kim from Saint Elizabeth Health Care, all the health care providers, neighbours and friends for their care and compassion.
