HART, Bessie Ann – peacefully September 7th, 2017 we lost a beloved member of our family. Born in Cooper, Ontario to Hazel and Herb Brady. Cherished wife of Clifford Robert Hart for 60 years. Bessie will be dearly missed by her daughter Sherry Corbay (Les). Predeceased by her daughter Janice Latendre (Gene). She is an adored grandmother to Leslie Corbay, Devon Latendre, John Corbay, Deneka Latendre and her great grandchildren Jayden Jones, Ryland Richardson and Carter Richardson. Beloved sister to Billy (Joyce) Brady and Marg Nelson (predeceased by husbands Ed Panos and John Nelson). Bessie will be missed by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Lee Hart (Nancy), Garnet Hart (Dorcus) and Eleanor Hart. Predeceased by brother-in-law Arthur Hart. Also lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Bessie left home and moved to Belleville to work. She spent three years at Bell and as a result she was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. She left Bell and went to Northern Electric where she worked for 34 years leaving Nortel in 1991. Bessie was a member of the Eastern Star and was a past Worthy Matron. In keeping with the wishes of Bessie, cremation has already taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service which will be held at Westminster United Church (1199 Wallbridge/Loyalist Road) on Saturday September 16th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation prior from 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m. Rev. Barbara Willard officiating. Private Inurnment Cooper Cemetery. If desired, donations to Westminster United Church would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613-968-2273)
