Greg went to the University of Regina after grade 12, and had his first child, Ashton Mandy, with Heather Whitstone. Ashton lived with her father in Regina and was raised by Greg and his second wife, Lana Missens, mother of Candace and Michelle. In 1994, Greg met Lisa and began his life with her and had four more children, Ty, Cheyanne, Levi and Tia Rose. They raised their children in Saskatoon, while Greg worked in Onion Lake and Frog Lake. In 2005, Greg lived alone while supporting his children. Greg lived for his children and work. He loved working and contributing to the communities. He met Verna Waskahat at his last employment in Frog Lake, and began a special relationship with Verna and her family. As Greg and his siblings were raised in 1974 by their father and various family members, he took Sylvia and Harvey Carter as his adopted parents. He always kept in touch with them and the family to his last days.
He will be deeply missed by all his children, siblings, cousins, family and friends.
… as Greg would say “Hope all is well”
