HOWELL, Glen – Quietly at Middlesex Terrace on Monday, October 9, 2017, Herbert Glen Howell (Funeral Director Emeritus) in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Eunice (Seabrook). Dear father of Bert (Grace) Howell and Margo (David) Webb. Grandfather of Geoffrey (Kathy) and Heather Howell and Richard and Curtis Webb and great-grandfather of Bert Howell. Brother of Ross, David, Verna and Ethel and the late Doris, Elgin and Gordon. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 pm at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, October 12 at 1 pm by Rev. Dr. Sheila MacGregor. Interment and committal service, Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound, on Friday, October 13 at 1 pm. A life-long funeral director, Glen was proud recipient of the “Legacy Award” from the Ontario Board of Funeral Services for over 50 years of continuous service. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Siloam United Church would be appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Middlesex Terrace.
