À Laval, le 8 novembre 2017, à l’âge de 54 ans, est décédé Gilles L’écuyer époux de Manon Béland. Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil ses fils Pascal, Martin (Julie Lelièvre), sa petite-fille Kaïla, sa mère Jeannine T Lécuyer (Yvan Dufour), ses sœurs Louise (Gervais Tremblay), Nicole (Denis Lapointe) et Josée (Steve Dufour), beaux-frères, belles-sœurs, neveux, nièces, parents et amis.
