Kelsey, Gerald Davidson
Passed away peacefully at University Hospital Wednesday March 1, 2017 in his 93rd year. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Eunice and two sons David (Pattie) of London, Don (Linda) of Sidney B.C., Six grandchildren Phil (Shelley) Ottawa, Heather (Jamie) Paton, Rachel McLennan, Joel (Alyssa) of London, Ben of Toronto and Melissa (Mike) Finley of Duncan B.C. Fourteen beautiful great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Joe and Lucy Kelsey, brothers Dan and Bill Kelsey all of Charleston. Gerald was Principal / Teacher with Oxford County Bd. of Ed. for most of his 35 years. He was a teacher at heart, and his passion for teaching continued with his church family as well. After his retirement he helped in Open Word Bible College for 10 years. Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1997 Dundas St. E. (at Wavell) on Friday March 3, 2017 from 2-4 PM and 7-8:30 PM with a funeral service to take place at Faith Tabernacle 1920 Huron St. on Saturday March 4, 2017 at 11 AM. Our warmest thanks to his Doctors, nurses and staff at U.H. Emergency, ICU and Palliative Care for the wonderful care over the last 6 weeks.
