It is with
much sadness that we announce his sudden passing on Thursday, May 4,
2017, in the Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in
Hearst, Ontario, he was a son of the late Philip and Jenne (Bouchard)
St. Louis.
George loved
making coconut cream pies for everyone to enjoy, playing cards and
Bingo. He especially enjoyed playing a good, practical joke
and was always willing to help others in need. George will
be lovingly remembered by his wife of 30 years, Frances; sons Steven,
Todd and Tyler; daughters Barb St. Louis, Leah Anne Sampson and
Courtney St. Louis; brothers Serge, Andre, Gaston and Raymond; sisters
Diane Arsenault, Anita Rheaume, Rachel Raby and Annie St. Louis;
grandchildren Christian MacInnis, Leelan Benoit and Alex St.
Louis.
Cremation has
taken place under the direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home,
Port Hawkesbury. Visitation will take place on Friday, May
12th from 5:00-9:00 pm in the River Bourgeois
Visitation Parlour. Funeral mass will be held at 1:00pm on
Saturday, May 13th in Saint John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church,
River Bourgeois. Reception to follow at the Tara Lynne
Community Centre.
Memorial
donations may be made to the family or to the Strait Richmond
