Obituary of Frederick Wright
Frederick William Daniel Wright passed away suddenly at his home in Owen Sound, on Friday afternoon, November 10th, 2017, at the age of 81 years. Dear partner of Carol Wright (nee Breadner). Loving father of Sharon Jones (Jim Williton), of Owen Sound, Gord Wright, of Kilsyth, Jack Wright (Sherri), of Stratford, Fred Wright (Jo-Anne), and Danny Wright, both of Owen Sound, Gary Wright (Karen), of Newmarket, Lois Marshall (Scott), of Owen Sound, Joe Hamilton, of Stratford and Angus Wright (Oswaldo), of Ottawa. Proud grandfather of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Shirley Stewart (Ken), of Barrie, Betty Baird (Doug), of Cayuga, Laverne Moore (Eugene), of Bayfield. He will be missed by Carol’s children, Debbie (Doug), Ryan (Flo), Darron (Fran) and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Jack and Audrey Wright; his siblings, Jack Wright, Dolly Robinson (Fred) and June Wright.
A Funeral Service for Fred Wright will be held in the Chapel of the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Heather McCarrel officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Community Living Owen Sound as an expression of sympathy.
