Peacefully on December 18, 2017 at 84 years of age, with his loving wife by his side. Beloved husband of 40 years to Virginia. Dear brother to Stella Russell and her late husband Kenneth, Ruth Ann and Bill Renaldo, and brother-in-law to Jeannette, Willard LeClair, Antonio Ramos and his late wife Martha, and Angeles Ramos and her late husband Carlos. Predeceased by parents Daniel and Mabel (nee Vetor); siblings Joseph, Lawrence, Cecile and Hector Masse, John, Alexander and Marietta, Catherine and Frank Ouellette, and Marjorie LeClair, and his sister-in-law Teresa Ramos and her husband Eugene. Frank will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and his best friend of many years, Bruno Cote. Frank was a retired employee of Chrysler after 32 years of service. Frank was an active member of St. Gabriel’s and Corpus Christi Parish.
