It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Francis Brian LeBlanc, 64, of Florence, at his home on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.
Born in Mill Creek on October 4, 1952, he was the son of the late Everett and Agnes (Dugas) LeBlanc.
Brian is survived by sisters Helene Marsh (Blake), Mill Creek, Pat LeBlanc, Calgary, Sharon MacNeil (Gordie), Wasaga Beach, ON, and Marie LeBlanc, St. Thomas, ON. He is also survived by brothers Mike, Woodstock, ON, and Campbell, Florence, his estranged wife Unetha Laffin, daughter Jean, and 2 grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Agnes, Veronica, Anne, Heather and Debbie, and brothers Joe, Rick, Everett and Bruce.
Cremation has taken place. Brian’s family will receive visitors (today), Friday, December 30, 2016, at J. M. Jobes Funeral Home, 635 Main St., Sydney Mines, at 10:00 a.m. A celebration of his life will take place at 11:00 at the funeral home, with Deacon Greg Murphy officiating. Donations in Brian’s memory may be made to a charity of choice. Words of comfort may be forwarded to Brian’s family at
