DARLING, Fran… Passed away peacefully at Belleville General Hospital on Saturday, June 10th, 2017 at the age of 69. Beloved Wife of David Darling for 46 beautiful years. Loving Mom of Michael and Steve Darling. Fran will be truly missed by her siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends.
