At the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Friday, December 1, 2017
of Florence Christine Nicholson (Compton), age 83 years. Sister of
William Compton (Margaret), Grace Foote (Roy, deceased), Anna
Dodsworth (Lester). Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews;
Susan Halterman (Mike), Gail Kane, Charles Dodsworth (Candace), Jake
Foote, Tammy Jorgensen (Paul), and Mark Compton. Predeceased by her
husband Gordon Nicholson and by her parents Milton and Catherine
(MacLeod) Compton. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the
funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 2:00
p.m. Visitation Tuesday 1:00 – 1:45p.m. Interment in St. John’s
Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Belfast. Memorial donations may be made
to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Wood Islands Presbyterian
Church.
