Obituary of Eric Whitmarsh
Whitmarsh: Eric Dale a resident of Ridgetown passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice at the age of 72. Born in Dresden, son of the late Grant and Phyllis (Cyster) Whitmarsh. Loving father of Eric Whitmarsh (Terri-Anne) of London and Tina van den Boorn (David Charbonneau) of Chatham and their mother Dorothy Whitmarsh. Proud grandpa of Alexandria, Bethany, Daniel, Taylor and Brayden. Dear brother of Paul Whitmarsh (Virginia) of Wallaceburg, Joe Whitmarsh of Ingersoll, Frank Whitmarsh of Chatham, Darlene Fox (the late Richard) of Dresden, Linda St. Gelais (the late Jean) of Dresden and Margaret Fox (Bud Hughson) of Dresden. Predeceased by brothers John and Dennis. The Whitmarsh family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre 679 North St., Dresden on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Cremation to follow. Interment in Dresden Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation or ALS Society of Windsor-Essex County.
