It is with great sadness that the family of the late
EMILY RUBY BUNGAY of Grand Bank announces her
passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on
Saturday, December 30th, 2017, at the age of
86. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are husband, Harvey Bungay of 66 years; sons, Delevan
Bungay of Appleton; sister, Mary; brother, Crosby Bennett; 1
grandchild, Bram Whittle; 7 great-grandchildren; plus a large circle
of extended family and friends.
She was
predeceased by her parents, Alex & Jane Bennett.
The Bungay Family will be accepting visitors at
Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Monday, January
1st, from 2:00 to 4:00 &
7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, January 2nd, from 2:00 to 4:00 &
7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; from where the Funeral Service will take place on
Wednesday, January 3rd, at 11:00
a.m. Interment will follow at St.
Alban’s Anglican Cemetery in Grand
Bank.
In Emily’s
memory donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or flowers
gratefully accepted.
