Obituary for Ellen Kucey (Zwarich)
It is with tears but many happy memories we announce the passing of Ellen Kucey on November 9, 2017 at the age of 94 – a devoted Wife, Mother, proud Baba and Pra-Baba.
Ellen will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Paulette (Gary) Nestorowich and Eleanor (Wally) Busko; grandchildren, Stacey (Troy), Garrett (Katie), Sherriene (John), Shelly (Chris) and Ashley (Kyle); and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Avery, Mitchell, Kellen, Jake, Ryder, Jayla, Jack, Ella, Alyse, Emmett and Austin. Predeceased by her husband, Paul in 2009.
Prayer Service Wednesday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 9507 Austin O’Brien Road (95 Avenue and 64 Street), Edmonton, AB.
Divine Liturgy Thursday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church. Reverend Julian Bilyj officiating with interment in Glenwood Memorial Gardens. If desired, donations may be made to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church or the charity of one’s choice.
