Obituary for Elizabeth Germann
Germann, Elizabeth Dorothy “Betty” (nee Fuith)
Passed away at Westhill Retirement Home on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Carl Germann (2013). Loving mother of Tom and Joan Germann, Dave (predeceased – 2000) and Nancy Germann, Mary Anne and John Banks, Barb and Greg Billo, Bob and Patti Germann, Joan and Paul MacDonald, and Mark and Lisa Germann. Proud grandmother of Angela, Craig, Jackie, Pam, Lauren, Mark, Matthew, Katie, Bryan, Emily, Patrick, Brett, Tessa, Elise, Davis, Taylor and great grandmother of Ben and Olivia. Daughter of the late Mary (nee Freund) and Joseph Fuith. Dear sister of the late Theresa Miehm. Survived by brother-in-law Jerome Miehm.
Betty’s family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers 8:45 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 173 Lourdes St. W., on Monday November 13, 2017 at 10 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St Mary’s Hospital or Grand River Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
