CLÉMENT, Eliette – Mrs. Eliette Clément (née Giroux) at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Thursday July 27, 2017 at the age of 95 years. Devoted mother of Diane Lalonde (Michel) and Claude Clément (Suzanne). Cherished grandmother of Marie-Andrée, Geneviève (Alastair), Paul, Monique, Patrick: and great-grandmother of Richard, Jayden, Danielle, Alexandre and Maxime. Eliette was the last of her siblings, Léona Lefebvre, Marie-Ange Pelchat, Gilberte Giroux, Cyprienne Groulx, Rollande Galipeau, Bernard, Germain, Florian, and Léo Giroux. She is now reunited with her husband and her dear friend and sister-in-law Anita Buckley. Eliette will be greatly missed by her family and the people who surrounded her. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home – BOULERICE CENTRE 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall where visitation will be held only on Sunday from 2-4 PM and 7–9 PM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Felix de Valois Roman Catholic Church, 620 Glengarry Boulevard, Cornwall, on Monday July 31, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Rite of Committal to follow alongside her husband in Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall. Eliette was a fervent supporter of the MS Society, and memorial contributions in memory (payable by cheque) would be appreciated by the family.
