GENEAU, Edward – Mr. Edward Geneau at Cornwall Hospice on Monday March 27, 2017 at the age of 70 years. Beloved husband of the late Claudette (née Goulet) Geneau. Loved father of Tyler (Chelsea), Christopher (Mariette Fontaine), Tammy Pilon (Sylvain), and Leanne Geneau (Jacques). Sadly missed by 7 grandchildren Adam, Melissa, Nathan, Blake, Ava, Fae, and Nya. Loving son of the late Clifford and Muriel (née Taillon) Geneau. Dear brother of Ted (Gwen), Glenn (Debbie), Robert (Joanie), Patricia Jones (Ken), Susan Lapensee (Reggie) and Joan Poirier. Edward will be sadly missed by long time partner and soul mate Diane Ladouceur. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, where visitation will be held on Thursday from 9-10:45 AM. The Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated in the chapel of the Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday March 30, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Rite of Committal at a later date in St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery, Williamstown. If so desired, contributions in his memory to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
