EDWARD FEDERATION March 15, 1933 – September 15, 2017
It is with great sadness the family of Edward Federation announces his passing on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the age of 84 years. Edward will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joy; Joy’s daughters: Karen (Marcelo) and Lynn and their children Rebecca and Matthew; brothers: Bill (Audrey), Morris (Ingrid) and Russ (Lynn); sisters: Anne (Tom) and Helen (Don); as well as extended family and friends.
Edward was pre-deceased by his first spouse, Lucy, as well as his four sisters.
A Funeral service for Edward will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church, 9915 148 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm with a viewing to take place one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Athabasca Cemetery, 4705 – 49 Avenue, Athabasca, Alberta on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 11:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations in Ed’s honour may be made directly to the Alzheimer’s Association or Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Lung Association.
