Obituary for Drago Sparas
It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of our dearly loved Drago Sparas on September 19, 2017, at the age of 79 years.
Drago is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 52 years, Rozina; three daughters, Angie (Kurt) Zills, Maria (Dennis) McEleney and Jennifer (Ron) Tremel; and four beloved grandchildren, Mika, Mikaela, Dillon and Daniel. Predeceased by his parents, Rudolf and Marija; brother, Stephen; and two sisters, Ama and Margaret.
Drago will always be remembered as a kind and loving man whose family meant the world to him.
Prayer Service Tuesday, September 26 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Clare Roman Catholic Church, 6310 – 118 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Mass Wednesday, September 27 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clare Roman Catholic Church. Reverend Andrew Leung CSB officiating with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
