Peacefully passed away at the Rapelje Lodge in Welland on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Dorothy Isabel Williams, formerly of Napanee, in her 97th year. Loving wife of the late Don Williams. Dear mother of James (Tiffany Anderson) of Napanee; Judith of Welland and predeceased by her daughter Donna and grandson Kevin. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Rachel, Sarah, and Morgan and great-granddaughters Peyton and Paige. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME, in Napanee at 123 Dundas Street West, (613-354-3341) on Saturday, November 4 from 12 noon, followed by service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment at McDowall Cemetery, Sandhurst. Memorial donations (by cheque please) made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
