The death of Delbert Gordon Keith Doyle husband of Betty (Travis) Doyle of Derby Junction, NB, occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the age of 80. Born in South Nelson, NB, Delbert was the son of the late Gordon and Frances (Aubie) Doyle. Delbert retired as a Journeyman Electrician from I-Line Electric, was an Elder for St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Warwick Settlement, NB, a member of IBEW and Delbert enjoyed the outdoors as a hunter, fisherman and trapper and also loved to cook. Delbert is the last surviving member of his immediate family and is survived by one nephew and three nieces. Delbert is predeceased by two sisters: Myrna Clouston and Brenda Steeves and two brothers: Bert Dower and Morley Doyle. Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home on Friday from 6-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held from the Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 9, 2017 @ 10:30 AM with Rev. Tom Ettinger officiating assisted by Rev. Roger Frizzell. Burial will follow in the Boom Road Presbyterian Cemetery, Boom Road, NB Funeral arrangements are under the care of Bell’s Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB Telephone 622-3600.
