Peacefully on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Glenn. Loving mother of Lori-Anne (Doug) Davis and Christine Foskett. Dear daughter of the late Joyce Richardson. A private family service will be held at a later date. In honour of the exceptional care Debbie received in palliative care, donations to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
