HAYWARD, David Kelly – 74
of Bridgewater, passed away November 29, 2017 in South Shore Regional
Hospital, Bridgewater,. Born in Petite Riviere, he was a son of the
late Kelly and Melba (Reinhardt) Hayward (Veinot) . He was a member of
the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 24, Bridgewater and the Bluegrass
Association, New Canada. He was employed with Shell Oil and O.D.
Clarkes transport, Halifax, Road Savers, Bridgewater Motors, and
retired from National Sea Products,, Lunenburg, in 2008. He enjoyed
going with his motor home every weekend to all the Blue Grass
Festivals. Surviving are his loving wife Valerie (Veinot) Hayward;
sons Kelly Hayward (Heather Smith) and Korie Hayward (Tanisha),
Bridgewater; granddaughter Mya, his little Angel; brother Wayne
(Connie), Dartmouth; sister-in -law Emilie Hayward, Branch Lahave;
step sisters Gale Veinot, PEI, Sharon Selig (Donnie), Hammonds Plains,
Carolyn Llewellyn (Edward), Middlewood; Aunt Adele Herman, Broadcove.
He was predeceased by brother Earle; sister Marie Wyman;
brother-in-law Donald Wyman; niece Cara Wyman; step father-in-law Eric
Veinot; step mother-in-law Shirley Wells. There will be no visitation
or Memorial service by request. A public legion tribute service will
be held 6:30pm Monday in R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. No
flowers by request. Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian
Cancer Society or the Lung Association of Nova Scotia. On-line
