David Francis Bowman, age 64, of Calgary, Alberta, passed away on January 17, 2017 after a four year battle with early onset Alzheimer’s disease. David was born in Calgary, Alberta on January 28, 1952. He graduated from Bishop Grandin High School in 1969 and, after working for a year, continued on to Notre Dame University College in Nelson, BC where he met his best friend and love of his life, Barbara. They were married in 1972 and were blessed with 45 loving years together. David had a genuine interest in others and a sincere willingness to help.
