Laframboise, Colleen May – With heavy hearts the family announces the death of Colleen Laframboise at the age of 55 years. Colleen passed away peacefully at Temiskaming Lodge on Friday, December 23, 2016.
Colleen was born January 26, 1961 to the late Leopold Laframboise and Joan Wall. Colleen had worked at Tri-Town Life Skills Centre in Haileybury where she took great pride in her work. She loved bowling and swimming and had been very active with the Walk-a-Thon for Community Living Temiskaming South. Colleen loved her family and enjoyed the time she could spend with them.
Predeceased by her father Leo Laframboise, her aunt Jackie[Paul] Phillion and her grandmother Meta Gilbert. Left to mourn is her mother Joan Laframboise; her siblings: Leonard [Dianne] Laframboise, Denis [Danau] Laframboise and Gloria McCall. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to thank the Management and Staff of Temiskaming Lodge and Dr Don Davies for the caring and compassionate care given to Colleen. Special thanks to Lisa Bernat for her kindness and extra attention given to Colleen.
Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions to Community Living Temiskaming South will be gratefully acknowledged. Condolences, contributions and memorial candles may be left at
