Obituary for Charles Lee
LEE, Charles – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Northland Pointe in Port Colborne on Saturday, December 9, 2017 in his 90th year. Beloved companion of Rena Thompson. Cherished father of Rob Lee (Jane), Rod Lee (Jeanette), Charles Lee Jr. “Chuck” (Sheila), Tracee St. Laurent (Mike) and Nanci Lee. Proud and loving grandfather of Robyn Charrois (Yvan), Melissa Russo (John), Ryan Lee (Becky), Jereme Lee (Crystal), Charles “Jeff” Lee (Jen), Corey Lee (Andrea), Michelle St. Laurent and John St. Laurent. Sadly missed by his thirteen great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Len Lee and brother-in-law of Myrtle, Collette, Sue and Lorraine Lee. Predeceased by his wife Mary, parents Shall Lee and She Wong and his siblings; Kay (Jolly), Fred, Harry (Rene), Tom, Frank, Morley, Jimmy and Gordie.
The family will receive friends at the H.L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Friday, December 15th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in the Cudney Chapel on Saturday, December 16th beginning at 11 a.m.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Gomez, Nurse Diana and the entire staff at Northland Pointe for their kindness and compassion and for providing Charles with the highest standard of care during the time he spent as a resident there.
