Catharine Ann Cathy Prange – 1931 – 2016

Obituary of Catharine Prange
Cathy Prange, aged 85, died peacefully on Thursday, December 1, 2016.
She is the loving mother of Duncan and his wife Julia, Cameron and his wife Jan, and Karen Doerner and her husband Bob. Wonderful grandmother to her special granddaughters Tricia, Martha, Catie, Jackie and Maggie. She is lovingly remembered by her sister Donna Brignall and her lifelong friend Eileen Turner.
She is predeceased by her husband James Prange and sisters Joy Miller and Joan Pauli.
Cathy was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, friend, entrepreneur and so much more. Cathy lived a rich, full life, spending family time on the shores of Lake Huron in Port Elgin. She was an avid skier enjoying Chicopee Ski Club and trips to Europe with her husband Jim. With her sister Joan, she co-authored and self-published the all Canadian best-selling series of “Muffin Mania” cookbooks.
Please join her family to celebrate her life at the Concordia Club, 429 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 2-4 p.m.
