Blanche Joan Stevens
Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre, Gananoque, on Tuesday December 5th, 2017. The former Blanche Covey age 84 years, formerly of Lyndhurst. Dear mother of Deborah Running of St. Catherines, Cheryl Reston ( Tom ) of Lyndhurst, Donald Stevens ( Debbie ) of Belleville, Heather Myers ( Ed ) of Addison and Nicole Chisamore ( Jack ) of Lyndhurst. Loving grandmother of Billy Stevens, Roger and Connie Running, Lucas and Amber Myers, Josh Hopper, Jessie Stevens, Kyle, Alex, and Jennea Chisamore. Special great-grandmother of five. Also survived by a sister-in-law, Rena Covey of Charleston Lake and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters, Donald, Alfred and Gerald Covey, Betty Latimer and Freda Kelsey. Also predeceased by a half-sister, Hilda Slack.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home, Athens, on Thursday December 7th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday December 8th, at 11 a.m. Interment Lyndhurst Cemetery. In memoriams to the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
