The death occurred at Queen Elizabeth Hospital,
Charlottetown on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 of Blair Wallace Ballum
of Charlottetown, aged 67 years, beloved husband of Donna Condon. Born
on May 23, 1949 in Summerside, son of the late Ancel Ballum &
Jean (Morrison) Kay
Loving father to Allan, O’Leary and Christine
Mullins (Paul Bulger), Slemon Park. Loving grandfather to Ashley
Mullins.
Blair is also survived by brothers
David (Kathy), Knutsford; Robert (Theresa), West Devon; Paul,
Bordon-Carleton; Sheldon (Georgie), Sherbrooke; sister, Nancy (Brian)
O’Connor, Bordon-Carleton; father and mother in law John
& Patsy Condon, Charlottetown; brothers and sisters in law
Jackie Condon, Winsloe; Daryl Condon, Fort McMurray, AB; Karla Condon
(Ed Bryanton), Bethel.
Blair was predeceased by his parents Ancel Ballum &
Jean Kay
Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting
hours on Saturday, from 12:30 until the time of the service at 2:30
p.m in the chapel. Interment to follow in Freeland Presbyterian Church
Cemetery.
