Obituary of Bill Bloomfield
Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, December 29, 2017 William “Bill” Bloomfield passed away at the age of 53. Loving husband of Michelle Bloomfield (nee Timothy). Beloved father of Joseph (Holly) Bloomfield and step father of Matthew Gibson. Devoted grandfather of Dylan Bloomfield. Dear son of Thelma Green (Bill Wardell). Sadly missed by his sisters Laurie (Ian) Rodger, Linda (Bill) Coppens, Ruth (Stuart) Rodger. Forever remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his father Ted Bloomfield (1993), Infant brother Lee Roy Bloomfield (1961) and mother-in-law Joan Timothy (2013). Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received on Tuesday, January 2nd at Strathroy Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 116, 266 Metcalfe Street West, from 12:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm. At Bill’s request please dress comfortable and casual. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences accepted at www.denning.ca
