It is with deepest sorrow that the family of Barbara Anne Watters announces her passing on December 14, 2016 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Fredericton, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothy Parker. Barbara is survived by her four children, Vickey, Kenneth (Bernice), Andrew (Juanita), and Angela (Dwayne), 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her husband Harry Cecil (Bud) Watters in December, 1989.
A memorial service celebrating Barbara’s life will be held at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, 105 Elmwood Drive, on Sunday, December 18th at 2 PM. Reception to follow.
Interment will be at Fair Haven Cemetery in the Spring.
As per Barbara’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity of choice.
