Surrounded by her family at her home in Royalton, Arlene Erma
(Hallett) Kirkbride, wife of the late Fred Kirkbride passed away
Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the age of 94. Arlene was born
September 12, 1923 in Bridgewater, Maine and was the daughter of the
late Charles and Arvilla (Delong) Hallett.
Survived by her sons; Gary, Moncton; Donnie, Robert (Marian),
and Wayne (Peggy), all of Royalton, Barbara Dionne (Barry) of Victoria
BC, and Gloria Estey (Eric) of Burtts Corner; sisters; Florence
MacDonald of Houlton Maine, Barbara Hallett, Bridgewater Maine,
several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great
great-grandchildren.
Arlene was predeceased by her parents, husband Fred, by an
infant son, Charles Preston Kirkbride, daughters in law Marie and
Sharon; brothers Charles Hallett, Jr. and Ashley Hallett; sister
Natalie (Eric) Finnemore; and two infant grandchildren Randy and
Christina Kirkbride.
Visitation and Funeral service will be from the
Carleton Funeral Home and Crematorium on
Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 12:00 pm until the time of the
funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 pm with her grandson, Pastor
Allison Kirkbride officiating. Interment to follow in the Charleston
Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Arlene’s memory may be made
to the Charleston Cemetery or to a charity of choice.
