Obituary
Anthony Adamo, 82, lived until December 8, 2017 at which time he left this world and embarked on a journey to everlasting peace and love. We are blessed to have known him and touch each life that he has come across in the physical world. While we are all very sad that he has left us, he will forever be in our hearts.
He leaves his ever-loving wife of 60 years of marriage, Mary Adamo whom he adored. Childhood sweethearts who shared a wonderful life together.
Predeceased by his sister Mary, he also leaves his sister Ida and brothers Pascal and David as well as many sisters-in-law, brothers-in law, nieces and nephews.
Our family would like to thank the many neighbours who helped during his illness, the doctors at the Lakeshore Hospital and the wonderful and caring staff at the West Island Palliative Care Residence (Residence Vivalis) in Pointe Claire.
Visitation will be at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Blvd. Des Sources in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, H9B 2A6 (514)685-3344 on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 11 am at Notre-Dame-de-la-Defense Church , 6800 Henri Julien Avenue, Montreal, QC H2S 2V4.
