Obituary of “Anne” Aitken
Passed away peacefully at Twin Oaks of Maryhill on December 24, 2016, age 84.
Predeceased by husband Mervin Aitken with whom she enjoyed 56 years of marriage. Loving mother of Terry (Cathy) Aitken and Julie Hay. Dear grandmother of Shannon Marriott, Doug Aitken (Christy Dunn), Kyle (Kristyna) Hay and cherished great-grandmother of Tallon Marriott and Chloe Hay.
Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Beulah Thomson.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Anne with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 12 noon. A reception will be held in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home immediately following the service. Interment at Harriston Cemetery, Spring 2017.
