Passed away peacefully on Saturday December 16th, 2017 at the age of 42. Amy will be forever remembered by her husband of twenty years Jerry, her children Brandon, Chineeka and Justin, her furbabies Daisy, Stinkerbella and Betsy Boo, her parents Layton and Eleanor Cooper, her sister Julie and by her grandchildren. Long known for her fierce mind, brave spirit and sense of humour, Amy’s greatest passion was family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton, on Friday December 22nd at 2 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society with direction to Cervical Cancer. Amy’s family wishes to extend their gratitude to all those who cared for her over the past years, including Dr. Francis and the staff at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital and Picton Community Care Access.
