October 15, 1982 – December 21, 2016
Now at peace in his eternal home with his Lord after a long and courageous battle with Muscular Dystrophy, Adam Freeman at 34 years of age passed away at his home in Cobourg on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. Cherished son of Marie Lamb. Following Adam’s wishes there will be cremation without service. Adam’s mother Marie would like to thank Kawartha Participation Projects and Care Partners as well as Adam’s aunt Carmelle Horth, his good friend Brandon, and all the support from friends and neighbours. Those wishing may make a memorial donation in Adam’s memory to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
