Carolyn Belle Moore
71, of Halifax passed away on Thursday December 1, 2016 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Hackett’s Cove she was the daughter of the late Douglas and Mildred (Covey) McLennan. Carolyn worked for Scotiabank for over 45 years. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed watching coronation Street and she will be missed by her progressive dinner family. Survived by her son Mark (Krista), Frenchvale, Cape Breton; daughter, Shauna, Ontario; brothers, Brian (Karen) McLennan, Alberta; grandchildren, Rielly and Sydney. Predeceased by her husband, Bernard (1988) and her partner Bill Evans (2015); sisters, Florence and Diane; brother, John. The family will receive visitors 4-7 p.m. Sunday December 4 in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy’s Cove Road, Upper Tantallon. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday December 5 in St. Andrews Anglican Church 2553 St. Margaret’s Bay Rd. Timberlea. Rev.
