With heavy hearts, the
family announces the passing of Beck Jordan, on March 9 at the Kings
County Memorial Hospital, age 88, formerly of Murray Harbour. Son of
the late Ray and Clara Jordan, and husband to the late Sandra
(née Cassidy),
Beck is survived by children Mark (Michele Cantelo), Chris (Christie
Beck), and Vicki, sister Dr. Zoena Yannakakis (Dr. George Yannakakis),
grandchildren Riley, Simon, and Elsie Taweel, Leah (Michael Gallant),
Katie Jordan, great granddaughter Clara Gallant and nieces. Beck will
also be remembered and missed by his many students from his long
career as an elementary school teacher.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 11 from 7-9 pm
at Ferguson’s Logan Montague Funeral Home. Graveside service
for the family will be held at a later
date.

Canadian Diabetes Association, the Kings County Memorial Hospital
Auxiliary Foundation or a charity of your choice are greatly
appreciated.
