With his family by his side, passed away at Guelph General Hospital, on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the age of 81. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Eftihia of 55 years. Cherished father of Demitri (Daniella), JoAnna (Paul). Loved grandfather to Julia, Colvin, Caleb, Olivia and Kiriyana. Predeceased by parents Dimitrios and Ioana (nee Spirou). Survived by siblings Agapi and George. Will be missed by nieces and nephews, Anita, Irene, George Jr., Stefan, Sofia and Dano.
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Thursday March 20, 2025, from 6-9 p.m. Prayers to take place at 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Panagia Dormition of Theotakos Greek Orthodox Church on Friday March 21, 2025, at 10am. Burial at Mount Hamilton Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
