Woods, Shirley Marie (née Greig) passed away peacefully at the Chapman House, Owen Sound, on Monday, September 29, 2025 in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husbands Doug Brown and Bob Woods.
Loving mother to Carol (Robert) Bradfield, Les Brown, Lillian (Len) Nightingale, and Lenette (Glenn) Watt. Proud Grandmother ‘Buba’ to Shane (Jodi), Derek (Bonnie), Sarah, Becca, Kyle (Cassie), Kelsey (Tim), Alyssa, Tanner, Logan and Ainsley. Extremely proud great grandmother to Rebecca (Abdalla), Cassidy, Jaden, Brooke, Mason, Reid, Zach, Renessa, Raelynn, Myles, Alexah, Aaron, and Layla.
Survived by her sisters Patsy, Sharon (Dave), and Sandra (Bev), her brother, Norman, and by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Russel and Lillian Greig, brother Jack and by her sisters, Gail and Betty.
A Private Family Graveside will be held at the Southampton Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Chapman House, Owen Sound.
