SHERMAN, Sara – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sara Sherman on Thursday February 13th. Beloved wife of the late Seymour, devoted mother and mother-in-law of Blima, Charles and Lisa. Proud grandmother of Courtney and Kirill, Chelsea, Noah and Jordana. Proud great-grandmother of Aubrey. Sara will be missed by her sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sara will be remembered for her incredible warmth and for her huge heart. Her kindness touched all who knew her. She was a strong and spirited soul with a gentle sense of humour. Her husband and family were at the centre of her life.
Our family is grateful to Mercy, Lynne, Angie and Rhoda for the loving gentle care that they provided to Sara over the recent final months. Our family would also like to acknowledge the compassionate care provided by the Palliative Care unit at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital. She will be greatly missed.
