CLEVELAND, Pauline Alice (nee Lemmon)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, at Arbour Heights LTC on February 18, 2025, in her 96th year.
Pauline was predeceased by her beloved husband of 72 years, Neil Cleveland (June 20, 2024), her parents Walter and Marion Lemmon and sister Dorothy VanKoughnett (George). She is survived by her loving daughters Connie de Hoop and her husband David and Cindy Kaczynski and her husband Casey, adoring grandchildren David (Natasha) and Christie (Will Utton) de Hoop and Michael and Kelly (Sam Groves) Kaczynski and cherished great grandchildren Quinn and Dax de Hoop.
A special thank you is extended to the staff of Arbour Heights for the wonderful and compassionate care that Pauline received. In keeping with Pauline’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family burial will be held at the Cataraqui Cemetery where she will be reunited with her beloved Neil.
