Passed peacefully away at the palliative care unit following a brief illness on February 14th at the age of 82 years. Patsy died as she lived with dignity and grace surrounded by her four children.
Predeceased by her loving husband Don of 60 years who passed just nine short months ago, her parents Patrick & Rita Woodrow, sisters Nellie (Monte) Osmond, Carmel (Dan) Norris, brother Tom Woodrow, niece Coreen Norris, parents-in-law Maurice & Marcella Quinlan.

To know our mother was to love her. She brightened every room with her beautiful smile. When we think of Mom we think of her strength, resilience, humility, generosity, and her profound love for her family. Mom thoroughly enjoyed reading, walking, yoga, fashion, singing, acting, and socializing. She embraced her Tiffany Community and showed true friendship and kindness to all. Mom “loved where she lived.”
Her vibrant personality, hearty laugh, witty sense of humour and compassionate nature are the legacy she leaves behind.
