It is with love and sadness we announce the passing of Lorraine on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, in her 96th year. Loving mother of Rick (Cindy) and Robert (predeceased), devoted grandmother of Jason, Eric, Heather (Ryan), Sam (Michelle), Alex, Aaron, Christopher, Chris, and Casey, adored great-grandmother of Kayla, Violet, William and Tristan. She will be dearly missed by her niece Lori Reid, and family. Lorraine is predeceased by her husband Ralph Sindrey, her first husband William Reid, her parents David and Violet Jones, and her sister-in-law Lois Reid.
In keeping with Lorraine’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place in the Spring. If desired, memorial donations to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333.
