Leo’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved Husband and father Leo Ethier. Leo passed away Monday January 27th, 2025, at his home at the age of 79.
Leo was born in Prince Albert (SK) and moved to Edmonton with his family at age 4 and to Marie-Reine a year later. His family moved to Chetwynd (BC) a short time later and except for a short stay in Whitehorse (YK) then lived the rest of his entire life in the Peace Country.
Leo is predeceased by his Mother and Father, Henriette & Louis Ethier, Brother Maurice, and Sister Denise. Leo is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Nancy, sons Curtis(Carlene), Jeff(Holly), Grandchildren, Taylor, Trevor & Jadynn and special grandchildren Jadyn and Karla.
Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 at 1:00p.m. from Our Lady Peace Catholic Church in Peace River, with time of fellowship to follow in the Church Basement.
